The story
It started with a bucket of chicken.
No, really. But that’s a story for another time.
After a decade in radio and more than two decades working with young people, Az saw the same gap again and again: people often knew what they should be doing, but weren’t always equipped, encouraged or motivated to actually do it.
Just Motivation was built to close that gap — not by telling people what they want to hear, but by making the complicated simple, finding practical ways forward and using real stories to make ideas relevant to real life.
It started during one of the hardest periods of Az’s life, with business cards paid for using the last $80 available. That history is part of the brand: meaningful work is worth pursuing, even when the road isn’t easy. It’s better to change while you’re running than never to start the race.
